By accessing or using Zavy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Zavy is an AI-powered recovery platform for Stripe that provides intelligent decision-making for overdue invoice outreach. The Service operates in private beta and is provided on an "as-is" basis.
3. Access and Use
Access to the Service during private beta is granted at Zavy's discretion. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4. Stripe Integration
The Service requires Stripe OAuth connection. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Stripe account credentials. Zavy uses read-only access and does not initiate fund movements or automatic actions without explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zavy provides the Service "as-is" without warranties of any kind. Zavy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
6. Changes to Terms
Zavy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
